Job Description :
Reservations & Booking: Handling in-person, phone, and online bookings, managing overbookings, and updating room availability in the system.
Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcoming guests, verifying identification, issuing room keys, explaining amenities, and settling bills securely.
Communication Hub: Answering inquiries, providing information about local attractions, and managing guest messages.
Guest Relations & Issue Resolution: Addressing complaints promptly, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaising with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for check-in and coordinating with maintenance for repairs.
Financial Accountability: Managing cash, credit/debit card transactions, foreign currency exchange, and preparing daily revenue reports.
Security and Compliance: Monitoring guest safety, maintaining accurate guest records, and enforcing hotel policies.
