Job Description :
1.Define and drive an end-to-end digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals (e.g., sales, brand awareness, customer engagement) across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels.
2. Manage and supervise the online marketing team, including work planning, setting individual targets, coaching/mentoring, and developing team capabilities. Plan, execute, and oversee sales operations across leading e-commerce and marketplace platforms:
2.1) Marketplaces: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
2.2) Social Commerce: LINE Official Account
2.3) Retailer Online: Central Online, OfficeMate Online
2.4) Specialty Platform: NocNoc
2.5) Including product listing updates, promotion management, inventory control, and order management across all platforms.
3. Plan, execute, and manage Influencer Marketing campaigns end-to-endfrom identifying and selecting suitable Influencers/KOLs, negotiating terms, and overseeing content production to nurturing long-term relationships.
4. Plan and manage online advertising (Performance Marketing) on key platformsGoogle Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LINE Adsto maximize ROI and ROAS.
5. Create and produce digital content hands-on, including:
5.1) Designing and adapting graphics for ads, social media, and websites in line with brand guidelines
5.2) Filming, editing, and producing videos (both short-form and promotional) for marketing campaigns
6. Oversee and manage live commerce/live streams for sales and marketingfrom content planning and technical setup to showrunning and post-live analysis.
7. Manage and develop the brands social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA), including content planning, posting, engagement building, and community management.
8. Oversee and track customer service within sales projects to ensure a best-in-class, end-to-end customer experience and maximum satisfaction.
9. Plan and refine SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website rankings and grow organic traffic.
10. Analyze campaign performance regularly using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms to evaluate results, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver strategic recommendations.
11. Manage the online marketing budget for maximum efficiency and alignment with plan.
12. Stay current with new trends and technologies in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and E-commerce, and apply them to continuously enhance strategic capabilities.
