Job Description :

1. Manage the import process of spare parts and raw materials from China to General Zone and Free Zone under FOB or EXWORK terms. Products include parts for electric motorcycles, electric bicycles, and lead-acid or lithium batteries in CKD, SKD, and CBU formats.

2. Contact and coordinate with suppliers in China via WeChat and Email to get product details, compare quality and prices, and check accuracy before placing orders.

3. Calculate total cost (Landed Cost) including product price, freight, duties, and other related costs to support purchasing decisions.

4. Create Purchase Orders (PO) in Microsoft Dynamics based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PR).

5. Coordinate with forwarders in Thailand and overseas to arrange shipments, check and compare freight rates and schedules, and follow up shipment status.

6. Prepare and check shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Form E, and other related documents to meet customs requirements.

7. Prepare documents related to government requirements, such as submitting Suggested Retail Price (SRP) to the Excise Department, applying for import licenses for new products, and preparing TISI documents, including following up the process.

8. Coordinate with the warehouse team to track incoming shipments, check Goods Receipt (GR) to match documents and actual quantities, and help resolve issues such as shortages, overages, or mismatched data.

9. Support stock planning based on incoming shipments and demand from related teams, and coordinate with finance, warehouse, and quality control teams.

10. Handle product claims with suppliers for issues such as damaged goods, incorrect specifications, or shortages, including preparing evidence and following up on solutions such as replacement or discounts.
11. Use Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF) to prepare reports and analyze data, including claim data, shipment tracking, and purchase planning for suppliers.

12. Perform other tasks as assigned.
