Job Description :
- Receive notifications of damaged, spoiled or lost products from customers via Line Official and by phone. - Coordinate product claims between sellers and transportation to claim new products to customers. - Coordinate with the transport to deliver products on time. - Inspect and follow up products to customers In the event that the customer reports that the product has not yet been received. - Check the products, check the stock and the products reach the warehouse in full and according to the customer's order or not. - Update the seller's store opening status through the corporate platform. - Update product problems and fix problems in the case file. - Update the closing of the case After the goods are delivered successfully or the problem is solved.
