Get notified of programmatic problems and Remote Support to
troubleshoot TeamViewer, Supremo.
Open a ticket to work in the system Zoho Desk detailing the
problem and troubleshooting according to the company SLA.
Prepare user manual in the basic Thai language.
Test new functions of the program. If any problem, report it to
the relevant section or Team Dev.
Provide advice and transfer knowledge about the program's
operating system to the company's support team.
