Job Description :
- Recruit, interview, and prepare employment documents for each company.
- Provide advice on work regulations, benefits, and welfare of each company's employees.
- Evaluate Probationary, inform employers, and employees of the evaluation results during the probationary period of each company's employees.
- Issue employee status letters, employment certificates, salary certificates, and termination of employment of each company.
- Set monthly employee work schedules and evaluate the performance of each company's employees.
