Job Description :
- Perform manual UAT (User Assessment) testing before going into production, following the entire workflow from start to finish, and record bugs in Excel.
- Install, configure, and maintain various hardware and software within the company to ensure efficient system operation and minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain basic network systems such as Internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN to ensure smooth and secure connectivity for employees.
- Develop websites using WordPress and work with HTML/CSS to create and improve web pages to be attractive and user-friendly.
- Maintain servers using VMware, including Windows and Linux operating systems, to ensure stable and secure server operation.
