Job Description :
Arrange for the orientation and foundational training of new hires, as well as the training and development of branch staff in Hard and Soft Skills. To impart expertise to staff members inside the company Arrange and plan the company's personnel development and training programs. Monitor and assess training outcomes. Monitor the progress of creating training reports and input training data into the system. Prepare reports, statistics, gather information, process, analyze, and summarize findings before presenting them to executives of pertinent agencies and the Department of Skill Development. Prepare staff members for promotions or position adjustments. based on predetermined standards Plan the yearly Training Master Plan and conduct a training needs survey.
