Job Description :
Attendant for overtime and payroll calculation to the report. • Update and Review HR policies, procedures& guidelines and enforce organizational values. • Handle Visa and Work permit and 90 days report arrangement for Executive Management Expatriates and travel arrangement for all employees • Ensuring that all HR policies, procedures, and processes are up to date, legally compliant, and meet the internal control requirements. • Establish and maintain Human Resource Policies & Practices in line with Government legislation • Responsible for the management of the-day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters including Recruitment, Training & Development, Absenteeism, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit and Employee Relations. • Ensure company's policies, procedures and company's regulation are aligned with labor law. Prepare, update, and communicate to employees on policy related issues. • Ensure monthly reports and yearly reports (SSO and PND) are accurately. • Provide prompt advice and resolutions to Line Managers and management team on HR related issues and all level of employee concerning work related issues. • Forecast, manage, and control HR and ADM budget for salary increment, training, office management etc.
