Job Description :
- Address and resolve computer usage issues for both internal employees and external stakeholders. - Install and maintain both hardware and software for employees. - Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external customers. - Troubleshoot issues related to employee programs such as MS 365, Remote Desktop, and other software. - Provide solutions to employee problems in both online and onsite formats. - Upload and backup customer data using Veem Backup. - Inspect and repair electronic devices such as printers, network devices, IP phones, and CCTV. - Take responsibility for preparing computer and notebook equipment for employees to ensure they are ready for use. - Prepare reports summarizing issues that occur within the organization
