Job Description :
Continuously monitor system performance, availability, and security. When abnormal signals occur, conduct initial investigation and follow the incident handling process (SOP) correctly to minimize impact on end users.
Respond to security, system, infrastructure, and other operational incidents by opening tickets when issues arise, and provide clear and structured incident reports to the relevant parties for further resolution.
Follow up on tickets and prepare Incident Reports to analyze root causes and reduce the likelihood of repeated issues in the future, while keeping supervisors informed.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Infrastructure, Application Support, Dev, and others, as well as external vendors or merchants, to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Participate in meetings and war rooms to discuss major incidents, deployments, and rollbacks that may impact the system, allowing for proper risk assessment and readiness planning.
Build dashboards and configure alerts using available tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Elastic Search, and Kibana to support smooth system monitoring and enable immediate detection of issues.
Open tickets for capacity requests and coordinate with relevant groups, ensuring tasks are completed properly especially during merchant promotional events that require additional resources.
Manage and schedule staff to ensure continuous 24/7 operational coverage.
