Job Description :

1. Production planning - Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime. - Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders. - Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. - Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions. Scale up RD scale to industrial scale. - Scale up and design the manufacturing procedures for each new products of all categories Cosmetics skin care, make up, toiletries, hair care and make up Supplements capsule, jelly strip and sachet powder. - Prepare Master Formula of industrial scale. 3. Develop and improve processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness. 4. Optimize processes to meet all customer and internal requirements. 5. Document Control of GMP system.
