Job Description :
- Manage and oversee assigned e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other related channels.
- Maintain and verify system data integrity across responsible platforms, ensuring accuracy in product pricing, inventory levels, sales figures, traffic metrics, and campaign schedules.
- Formulate marketing strategies for e-commerce channels, focusing on sales targets, promotional campaigns, advertising optimization, and budget allocation.
- Analyze performance data and forecast trends based on sales, ad spend, and campaign results to optimize future strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external partners and platform representatives to execute strategic initiatives, such as major sales campaigns, ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Graphic Design, Customer Service, and Accounting to ensure the successful execution of operational plans.
