Job Description :
1. Receiving and processing official documents, including sending and registering correspondence; typing documents, letters, and executive correspondence.
2. Filing documents, speaker documents, and supporting documents according to established procedures for easy retrieval of official records.
3. Sorting and compiling documents according to the responsible level for review and submission to superiors in sequence.
4. Responsible for maintaining registration records, controlling land and building certificates, and handling complaint letters.
5. Contacting, following up on matters, and coordinating with the director.
6. Handling stainless steel document processing, including copying, pressing, compiling, and formatting.
7. Submitting files to the head of management in the area or for instructions.
8. Providing care and service to the public regarding construction permit applications and water supply permit applications.
