Human Resources
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring support for all positions.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation, employment contracts, personnel records, and employee files in a well-organized system.
• Handle payroll processing, payslips, time attendance, leave management, absences, and holidays in compliance with Thai labor law.
• Provide employee consultation on benefits, company policies, work regulations, and disciplinary matters.
• Develop, update, and communicate company announcements, policies, and internal regulations.
• Coordinate and manage employee welfare and benefits, and support the development of HR systems aligned with company growth.

• Oversee daily office administration and support smooth operations across all departments.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties, including procurement, executive assistants, and service providers.
• Manage company assets, office equipment, and maintenance or repair requests.
• Support and organize internal company activities, employee engagement events, seminars, and special events.
