Job Description :
1. Analyze the curriculum for In House Training. 2. Produce course content together as a team in both online and offline formats. 3. Create an Individual Development Plan (IDP). 4. Create a Team Group Challenge project for the organization's special target group of employees. 5. Be a lecturer in training courses on Product knowledge, Insurance, Life Insurance, New Employee, Soft Skills. 6. Make a Monthly Training Plan 7. Provide Special Knowledge lecturers for special staff training courses. 8. Prepare a budget and request approval for disbursement of training budget. 9. Prepare monthly and yearly training registration reports and submit them to the Department of Skill Development. 10. Other tasks as assigned.
