Job Description :
-Responsible for all HRM functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and Employee Relations as a Corporate Strategic HR. -Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. -Pre-screened and interviewed potential candidates in order to qualify the best quality candidate to submit to hiring manager. -Onboarding process for new employees, and provide new employees orientation session to match with each new hire. -Prepare and consolidate employee data such as leaves, O.T., time attendance with timely manner. -Other tasks as assigned.
