Job Description :
- Answering phone calls from customers when reporting system issues and assisting customers with troubleshooting by using a remote desktop program.
- Write an email to inform the system developer who is located overseas about creating a license for customers to access the system.
- Receive reports when users report system usage issues by opening a case in the system and performing a preliminary check. After that, notify the Tier 2 & 3 teams for investigation and resolution.
- Receive an email of system issues reports from international customers. After that, perform a preliminary investigation and forward the issues to the software team for review and correction.
- Review messages from the software team regarding system troubleshooting before sending a response message to international customers.
- Make a document and enter data into the system regarding requesting permission for the software team to access the customer servers' machines to perform log checks and security checks.
- Coordinate with the IT Support Team when company employees encounter problems using computers.
