-To prepare and send a pre-alert to customer

-Liaise with customers to determine the date of receiving, loading, bookspace and boat lines
-Follow up import documents with customer for submitting, entering, and booking to ship lines
-Prepare documents, issue worksheets to the shipping departments to prepare import bills and send it to customers for inspecting
-Inform update of boat entering, then prepare payment and reimbursement of expenses that will be paid to ship lines to get D.O/BL
-Contact to reserve a tractor or truck to deliver goods to customer on time
-Track invoices from suppliers and shipping
-Issue invoices to customers
-Follow up on deposit of return from ship line, and finally close the job according to schedule
