Job Description

  • Student Support & Classroom Management: Responsible for supervising students in assigned classrooms, collaborating with homeroom teachers, and assisting with instructional activities and other duties as assigned by the school.
  • Foreign Teacher Coordination: Serve as a primary liaison for foreign staff, providing instructional support and preparing relevant teaching materials and documents.
  • Immigration & Legal Compliance: Manage all legal documentation for foreign teachers, including:
  • Reporting to the Immigration Bureau (90-day reporting/TM.30).
  • Visa applications and extensions.
  • Processing Teaching Permits (without a license) and Work Permits.
  • Administrative & HR Tasks: Prepare employment contracts, manage leave requests, and handle other administrative documentation as required.
