Job Description :
1. Manpower Planning and Recruitment
1.1 Establish human resources administration policies.
1.2 Plan for both short-term and long-term manpower needs.
1.3 Plan for recruitment and selection to ensure timely hiring.
1.4 Provide advice and consultation on recruitment.
1.5 Approve employment contracts.
2. Compensation Management
2.1 Define compensation policies.
2.2 Develop and review compensation systems to ensure they are competitive.
2.3 Conduct compensation surveys and comparisons with other organizations.
2.4 Provide consultation and advice to management on compensation matters.
2.5 Design and define compensation structures.
3. General Management
3.1 Plan and prepare the annual budget.
3.2 Participate in company activities as assigned.
3.3 Engage with employees through various projects.
3.4 Perform other duties as assigned.
3.5 Support company activities related to quality systems, safety, and the environment.
4. Training and Development
4.1 Plan strategic training and development initiatives.
4.2 Plan for both short-term and long-term training and development.
4.3 Monitor the results of training implementation.
4.4 Provide advice and consultation on training and development.
5. Employee Relations Management
5.1 Plan and prepare the annual budget.
5.2 Participate in company activities as assigned.
5.3 Engage with employees through various projects.
5.4 Perform other duties as assigned.
6. Labor Dispute Management
6.1 Receive and record details of labor claims or disputes.
6.2 Coordinate with internal and external departments to gather information and conduct fact-finding investigations.
6.3 Prepare supporting documents, including work regulations, and relevant labor laws and regulations.
6.4 Conduct in-depth fact-finding investigations and analyze relevant information.
6.5 Provide advice and recommendations to management and employees on labor relations issues.
6.6 Negotiate and mediate labor disputes to reach a fair settlement.
6.7 Draft and review agreements or records of dispute resolution.
6.8 Follow up and evaluate the results of dispute resolution to improve processes.
6.9 Present reports and provide recommendations to senior management regarding the labor relations situation.
6.10 Develop and implement proactive systems for preventing and resolving labor disputes.
6.11 Represent the organization in high-level negotiations and dispute resolution through arbitration.
