Job Description :

Responsibilities (Design and Documentation)
-Inspect project sites and design greenhouse construction for clients
-Prepare construction drawings and system drawings (water, electrical, Evap, and other systems)
-Calculate BOQ, estimate costs, prepare cost estimation sheets and quotations
-Prepare documents through the Oracle system
Responsibilities (On-Site Construction)
-Inspect site areas, calculate distances, and set out structural layouts
-Check levels to ensure compliance with drawings
-Inspect structural strength before installation according to drawings
-Inspect internal greenhouse systems including water, electrical, Evap, and other systems
-Inspect greenhouse construction from start to completion
-Prepare handover documents and participate in project handover with clients, explaining system details
-Control and follow up on defect corrections to ensure completeness
-Prepare handover documents for subcontractors and proceed according to company processes
-Prepare WI as appropriate when changes occur
-Control work, prepare KPI, and manage processes in accordance with KPI accurately and completely
-Inspect warehouse product quality before delivery or construction use
