Job Description :
1)Provide information about products, services, or facilities within the organization or project to visitors. 2)Listen to feedback, complaints, or inquiries from owners or residents and provide advice to resolve issues or enhance satisfaction. 3)Coordinate between various departments such as customer service, maintenance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth service operations. 4)Provide basic service skill training to service. 5)Hand over equipment boxes after property ownership transfer. 6)Assist in organizing activities or promoting services and promotions related to owners or residents. 7)Record utility charges, issue receipts, and manage purchases and fines related to project services and regulations. 8)Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
