Job Description :
Provide IT support for 7-11 stores, includinghardware and software such as POS, EDC, AP, SC, GOT,and other related systems. This also includesmanaging employee data. If a store faces an issue,open a First Aid service ticket and document theproblem as reported by the store. Assist introubleshooting and ensure resolution within thesame shift. For cases requiring further investigation,forward the issue to the Back-End team for follow-up. For IT equipment repair requests, open an Incidentticket for technicians to inspect the issue on-site. Provide support to CPF employees for VPN, email,and network access. Verify system access permissionsin the Active Directory (AD) and resolve other issuesbased on company policies or infrastructure. Installcompany software such as MS Office, Citrix, SAPGui/BC/BW/BPC, and VPN. Support logistics and warehouse operations,including handling issues such as interface datafailures or incorrect information. Provide software support for POS systems usedacross the CP Group, including businesses like 5-StarGrilled Chicken, Chester, and Uoriki
