  • Human Resource Management and Development (HRM & HRD)
  • 1. Organizational Structure & Planning: Define the Organizational Chart (Org Chart), develop Job Descriptions (JD), specify Job Qualifications, and establish the Salary Structure (including skill-based pay) to support business alignment, growth, and promotion systems.
