Job Description :
Quality Control and Assurance in Construction to Ensure Compliance with Engineering Standards
1.Pre-concrete Pour Inspection: Conduct inspections before concrete pouring, including verification of rebar quantity, concrete cover, lap splice length, formwork integrity, shoring strength, and site cleanliness. These inspections aim to prevent future defects and ensure construction quality.
2.Concrete Work Control: Take care of all concrete-related work in the project, including approving concrete use, managing concrete purchase orders (PO), controlling concrete loss, and checking concrete test results.
3.Defect Inspection and Handover Documentation: Inspect for construction defects and prepare relevant documentation such as Punch Lists, Inspection Reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
4.Monthly Reports and Test Results
Prepare monthly quality reports, KPI documents, test result summaries, and material approval.

Job Description :
1.Monitor Construction Progress: Supervise construction work to ensure it follows the project schedule and is completed within the required timeframe.
2.Prepare Work Progress Reports: Create progress reports such as Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, and other tracking documents. Report the construction progress to supervisors or project managers.
3.Quantity Take-off and Material Estimation: Calculate the required quantities of concrete and rebar by taking off from structural drawings. Prepare bar cut lists for rebar ordering and material planning.
Pre-Pour Inspection and Subcontractor Coordination
Check the work before concrete pouring to ensure it follows construction drawings and standards. Coordinate and follow up on subcontractors work on site.
