Job Description :

Prepare preventive maintenance yearly for SPI,AOI,AXI,AIP machine.
Analysis root cause of return merchandise authorization job approvals that are caused by the machine.
Create program x-ray for new model(Trial).
Analysis root cause NG job when finished X-Ray and report result for next process.
Ensure to be continuity production(X-ray).
Summary report X-Ray to clients.
Establish work inspection criteria with clients.
Meet with clients during audit.

Last Position : Test Engineer

Period : June 2023  to October 2023

Job Description :

Create and update test program for test machine and equipment.
Maintain of machine, equipment and spare part in Testing section.
Analyze and repair failure product to be good product.
Collect and submit product yield report by monthly with action plan for opportunity improvement.
Working with PTD department for create work instruction.
Working with NPI department for calculate take time production.
Working with QA department for improvement RMA job.

Last Position : Production Engineer SMT Engineer
