Job Description :
• Maintain the Executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc. • Coordinate on travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, etc. • Prepare and screen the documents to get approval. • Answer phone calls and assign work to related departments, as well as to follow up those tasks • Get involved, communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing. • Prepare, arrange, attend and prepare a minute for management meetings, as well as to follow up and feedback to the management team • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
