Job Description :
1) Payroll Administration (Daily & Monthly Employees) – B-Plus System
• Prepare daily and monthly payroll using the B-Plus system
• Verify attendance records, including clock-in/out, absences, leave, tardiness, and overtime hours
• Record salary, wages, overtime pay, shift allowance, commission, and other earnings
• Review payroll accuracy before closing the payroll cycle and coordinate with the Accounting Department
• Prepare monthly payroll expense reports
2) Recruitment, Hiring, and HR Documentation
• Screen candidates, arrange interviews, and prepare interview evaluation forms
• Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, disciplinary notices, and related HR documents
• Create job advertisements and communicate job vacancies through various recruitment channels
• Conduct onboarding for new employees and prepare personnel files
3) Labor Relations and Organizational Activities
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as annual events, sports activities, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs
• Provide consultation to employees regarding company regulations and work practices
• Assist in resolving labor relations issues to maintain a positive working environment
4) Foreign Worker Coordination (MOU Process)
• Handle renewal of alien cards, work permits, and passports
• Coordinate with government authorities such as the Department of Labor, Provincial Offices, Immigration Bureau, and One Stop Service Center (OSS)
• Ensure all foreign worker documentation complies with legal requirements
5) Company Policies, Rules, and Regulations Management
• Develop and update human resources policies and company work regulations
• Communicate and strictly enforce internal rules and regulations
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
6) Employee Records and Manpower Management (Organization Chart)
• Maintain, update, and manage employee personnel records
• Prepare monthly reports on employee turnover (new hires and resignations)
• Develop and update the organizational structure (Organization Chart) and manpower reports
7) Social Security, Student Loan Fund, Legal Garnishment, and Group Accident Insurance
• Register and deregister employees with the Social Security Office and submit related SSO forms
• Process salary deductions for Student Loan Fund (SLF) repayments and legal garnishment orders
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding group accident insurance for employees
8) Employee Welfare and Benefits Administration
• Verify employee eligibility for benefits such as attendance allowance, personal leave, sick leave, and annual leave
• Process welfare and benefit claims and respond to employee inquiries
• Develop and improve the employee welfare system in alignment with organizational policies
9) Performance Evaluation, Promotion, and Annual Salary Adjustment
• Process evaluation scores for promotion and salary adjustment consideration
• Prepare summary reports of performance evaluation results for management review
10) Training and Employee Development
• Conduct annual training needs analysis
• Plan, arrange internal and external training programs, and monitor development outcomes
• Prepare training reports and maintain training attendance records
11) Government Liaison and Compliance
• Coordinate with government agencies such as the Department of Labor, Social Security Office, Revenue Department, and Immigration Bureau
• Prepare and submit required documents within specified deadlines
• Ensure company operations comply with labor laws and government regulations
