Job Description :
Maintain and troubleshoot computers to ensure they are ready for use (Software and Hardware).
Install basic programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
Key in bills to generate customer invoices.
Coordinate internal and external communications.
Prepare invoices for the sales department to bill customers.
Compile and record the details of each job received into Microsoft Excel.
Verify the documents for pre-VAT and post-VAT balances.
Track invoice status
Customer service: Answer questions about service fees and report invoices
Check the completeness of office equipment, such as computers, chairs, tables, and power outlets
Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Save documents to Google Drive
