Job Description :

- Oversee construction work, specifically the structural work, for an 8-story condominium project with 8 buildings and 3 underground parking levels.
- Ensure contractors meet design standards.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to contractors according to the planned schedule.
- Take quantity surveys of construction materials and order them for contractors.
- Prepare purchase orders (P&A) for contractors, including changes in work volume.
- Pay contractors for completed work based on actual work performed.
