Job Description :

-Control and monitor the operation of the conveyor system to ensure it operates according to the production plan. Coordinate with Mine
-Operation, Maintenance, and Control Room departments to ensure system continuity. Monitor and record operational data such as throughput, downtime, availability, and utilization.
-Inspect the condition of system equipment such as pulleys, idlers, belts,chute, and drive units, analyze the causes of machine downtime, and collaborate with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
-Comply with safety standards (Safety Procedures) and agency regulations. Also, inspect safety devices such as emergency pull cords and belt sway switches. Support Safety Talk, Risk Assessment, and NearMiss Reporting activities.
-Record and analyze system data to identify areas for system improvement and propose solutions for increased efficiency, such as reducing downtime and improving the conveyor system.
-Prepare daily and monthly reports, such as Performance Reports and Breakdown Analysis
