Job Description :
1.Learn the process of preparing an annual procurement plan. by forecasting the parcels that must be purchased each year.
2.Collect data on the amount of parcels that are scarce and parcels that are rarely used.
3.Collecting data on Purchase Requisition PR and Purchase Order PO documents from the SAP system to verify the quantity of items and summarize the item quantities in Microsoft Excel program.
4.Summary of the budget for procurement of supplies for the past 3 years.
