Job Description :
Human Resources: Managed core HR functions, including full employee documentation and HR records management (contracts, personal files, and lifecycle changes). Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, posting job advertisements on JobThai and JobsDB, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and coordinating the onboarding and orientation programs covering company policies, job roles, and HR procedures.
Government Compliance: Ensured compliance with all relevant government regulations, Managed Visa, Work Permit for BPO company through BOI (Single window), RD and SSO processes for a total of 50 foreign employees with 100% compliance. Prepared tax filing documents for foreign employees.
Financial Recordkeeping: Coordinated with accounting teams for petty cash, financial documents, and monthly submissions.
General Affairs: Responsible for inspecting and maintaining office facilities and equipment, coordinating with technicians for repairs, and managing the procurement of essential office supplies, including being on standby during maintenance or repair work. Preparing and performing user data setup (e.g., Yubicokey) for new employees.
Project Support: Provided administrative support for projects, including preparing and submitting required documents (e.g., Work Remaining, Stats ) to the project support team. Transcribe video/audio content to text from a variety of specialties and produce highly accurate transcriptions of audio files for the development of AI.
