Job Description :

Operating under the Product Research and Development Department, we are responsible for the Optimization of Citrate Esterified Starch Production through the Twin Screw Extruder Process project. We are the main person in charge of conducting the main experiments in the Citrate Starter Resistant Starch Development Project. We focus on developing the resistant starch production process to reduce the production time from the traditional method to be faster and have a higher production volume than the traditional method by incorporating extrusion technology. We focus on using the twin screw extruder as the main production technology. We are responsible for planning the experiments, analyzing the physicochemical results, finding the optimal starch reaction conditions, such as the amount of citric acid per starch amount, the temperature that affects the esterification ability, the arrangement of the twin screw extruder schools, and the conditions of the machines that affect the starch reaction. We also prepare analysis reports and report the project progress to the company.
