Job Description :

Responsible for improving and developing the production process to be more efficient and effective, focusing on reducing waste, reducing production costs, and increasing product quality in the production process, as well as analyzing and tracking problems that occur in the production line to find sustainable solutions. Responsible for regularly inspecting the condition of machinery and equipment used in the production process to ensure that the machinery is ready for use and reduce the possibility of production line disruption due to technical problems or equipment damage. The projects responsible for include the Reducing the Problem of Face Stellite Pin Holes project, which focuses on analyzing the cause of damage to the valve contact face (FACE), which affects product quality and reliability of valve system parts through the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, collecting technical data, experimenting with production parameter adjustments, and selecting appropriate materials or tools, with the goal of reducing the rate of recurring problems.

Job Description :

Responsible for overseeing, controlling, and maintaining building systems related to engineering systems, including electrical systems, air conditioning systems, water supply systems, and environmental systems within the service area of Suranaree University of Technology Hospital. Their role is to monitor the readiness of various systems to ensure operational continuity and efficiently respond to the needs of staff and service recipients. A project was developed for electrical and water supply systems for washing machines, a contracted unit of Suranaree University of Technology Hospital. The objectives of this project were to study and design a prototype of an electrical and water supply monitoring system for washing machines, to assess its accuracy, to enable historical electricity and water bills to be viewed via the ThingSpeak website, and to reduce staff recordkeeping duties. A sensor system was designed and installed to measure quantitative usage values, as well as to develop a display and reporting system.
