Job Description :
* Provide training to employees on how to use applications.
* Log and resolve calls for troubleshooting and providing consultation on the use of computer programs and tablet applications, such as Microsoft Office, AS400, etc.
* Support users by troubleshooting computer hardware issues.
* Provide knowledge and guidance on how to fix computer problems for users.
* Receive incident reports and coordinate with relevant teams promptly.
* Install/uninstall software according to company policy.
* Maintain reports of solutions and troubleshooting methods.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
