Job Description :

-Perform testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of website operations to ensure that the system operates correctly, efficiently, and appropriately meets user needs.
-Export large amounts of data in Microsoft Word and Excel file formats for convenient and systematic use, analysis, or storage.
-Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues that the support team has collected and reported, which occurred from actual user usage of the system, in order to find the root cause and develop solutions.
