Job Description

  • Customers service - Export department - Maintain and update customer relationship, and make a great communications. - Comparing ocean freight, and processing all shipment via ocean includes reserve trucking for customers export. - Understand and respond customer requirements and expectations to efficiently process about export orders. - Coordinate with customers/carriers and related departments for export process for handle shipments as per customers and overseas agents instruction includes complete customer require such as container space schedules, - Monitoring shipment from origin port until delivery to destination the end. - Assistance to supervisor all shipment information details, including coordinate with shipper and consignee for matching before release booking confirmation, all document preparation. - Handle the processing of all orders within timeliness. - Take personal responsibility for daily solving problems and follow up on the requests. - Documentation Task and System - Prepare shipping documents such as B/L and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations. and release to customers settlement. - Settle payment to carriers and all invoice was received with internal finance team. - To create House BL, submission SI/VGM with shipping line and releasing MBL and HBL to our Agent and Shipper. - Contact with Shipper and destination Agent to finding space and type of shipping line would they need to, to provides customers SO includes helping them plan for CY/RTN. - Organising and distribute documents within a company electronically and physically where appropriate. - Monitoring and updated missing data ATD and ATA via Email and shipping line system updated.
