Job Description

  • • Develop and manage end-to-end Human Resources operations, including planning and enhancing HR systems to achieve maximum efficiency and standardization through clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Establish formal corporate policies and workplace regulations, and design employee development programs with measurable and results-driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), setting clear and challenging performance objectives.

Recruitment and Internship Coordination - Handle recruitment for internal personnel in all departments and organize internship programs. - Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Evaluation and Compensation Adjustment. - Conduct KPI evaluations for employees, handle promotions, salary adjustments, and control staff salary costs. - Calculate Annual Bonus and Incentives. - Compute annual bonuses and incentives. Monthly Employee Salary Report. - Prepare monthly reports on employee salaries. Monthly Employee Recruitment Summary Report. - Create monthly reports summarizing employee recruitment activities. Monthly Employee Salary Cost Report. - Generate monthly reports on employee salary costs. Budgetary Report for Each Department. - Prepare budget reports indicating expenditures for each department. Time Attendance Report. - Create a report on employee time attendance. Presentation Summarizing HR Department. - Prepare a presentation summarizing the entire Human Resources department for management. Coordinate with the Board and Manage Important Company Documents.
