Job Description

  • Administrative Duties and Responsibilities
  • - Conduct 6S inspections for central areas twice a week.
  • - Prepare weekly employee surveys and submit them to the central department.
  • - Prepare weekly instructor/teacher evaluation forms and submit them to the central department.
  • - Enter work schedules into the system and record OT for employees on compensatory holidays.
  • - Check employee attendance, including absences, leave, and lateness, on a daily basis.
  • - Prepare employee documents for those whose ID documents have not been scanned, including both Thai and Chinese employees.
  • - Perform tasks assigned by the central department as required.
  • - Deliver passports to the HR department for Chinese employees returning to work.
  • - Record employee leave in the system.
  • - Process requisition requests for employees.
  • - Inspect production lines to ensure employees are working properly and in order.
  • - Coordinate with relevant departments regarding incorrect or incomplete salary payments and issues with accessing payslips.
  • - Provide support and assistance to employees as needed.
  • - Prepare and submit daily attendance reports to the central department, ensuring accuracy and completeness based on actual attendance.
