Job Description :
- Monitor case in daily for update information to merchant Verify data of new stores before uploaded into the system, such as commission rates, menus, operating hours, etc., to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Check store promotions before uploaded into the system, thoroughly reviewing details such as discounts, offers, and validity periods. - Coordinate with the Onboard team to ensure the timely onboarding of merchants, promptly addressing any issues that may arise during the process. - Onboard newjoiners regarding internal systems, providing training and guidance to ensure understanding of operational processes. - Preparing and continuously updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the workflow, maintaining accurate and detailed step-by-step instructions. - Resolve cases related to store promotions, identifying and addressing issues such as incorrect prices or dates. - Propose solutions for improving work efficiency, considering system limitations and streamlining processes. - Update weekly reports with accurate store information, providing to internal and external team.
