Microbial culture methods ;Bacteria, Fungal, Yeast Cell culture Gram staining Biochemical assays Food science Laboratory Equipment handing -Designed, planned and carried out laboratory individual project. -Isolation bacteria and utilized molecular technique for the identification and detection of microorganisms. -Utilized Agarose gel electrophoresis method for visualized and analyzed the PCR product. -The amplified products are sequenced and DNA sequencing is considered for the identification of microorganisms. -Analyzed DNA sequencing with BLAST. -Perform laboratory hygiene (laboratory monitoring for DNA/RNA contaminate, microbes and fungi) and sterilization. -Analyzed data and preparing reports. -Presented reports to laboratory supervisors on test result.
