Job Description :
- Full-Cycle Recruitment for Head Office Positions:
Led end-to-end recruitment for head office positions, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and crafting tailored job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
- HR Data Reporting and Dashboard Management:
Prepared and maintained monthly HR reports, including HR Dashboards, Hiring Reports, Turnover Reports, and ad-hoc workforce analytics using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support management decisions.
