Job Description :
- Proactively identify and invite brands in Home & Living, Electronics, and other key categories to join the Makro PRO marketplace through online and onsite meetings
- Manage end-to-end seller onboarding process, from initial outreach to onboarding handover, ensuring smooth store activation
- Track and maintain seller onboarding data using Excel / Google Sheets, and prepare daily/weekly reports and tracking sheets for performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy
- Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources, and handle ad-hoc data requests to support reporting and business decision-making
- Monitor seller performance and provide insights to improve activation, SKU expansion, and overall growth
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Onboarding, Accounting, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution and data alignment, and attend industry events to source qualified sellers
