Job Description

• Led end-to-end Quality Assurance across multiple core enterprise projects, including Strapi
• CMS Migration, AMAZE Loyalty & Points Exchange, and the Malaysia Frontend Project.
• Drove QA leadership for the migration of CMS from AEM to Strapi, covering content
• workflows, localization, media management, user roles, API integrations, and publishing
• schedules.
• Supported quality assurance for the AMAZE Loyalty & Points Exchange system, enabling
• cross-brand point exchange across CPX subsidiaries (Lotuss, Makro, and partners), ensuring
• workflow accuracy and point calculation integrity.
• Oversaw QA for the Lotuss Malaysia Frontend platform, based on the Lotus Thailand model,
• ensuring localized UI/UX, search functionality, and regional user flow optimization.
• Worked closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Backend/API, and Design teams to analyze
