Job Description :
"- Managing sales and overseeing the distributor for the company in charge of six provinces, including Udon Thani, Sakonnakhon, Nakorn Phanom, Bueng Kan, Nhongkai, and Nhongbualamphu, in order to increase sales volume and supply products to the market and meet the company's sales target and KPIs. - Establish 12 new sales routes for the distributor, as well as hire and choose the appropriate salespeople. - Encouraging the distributor to reach the ""sell out"" goal: 6.00 MMU target, 6.50 MMU achieved (+8.3% vs. aim, +133% vs. 2019) - Increasing the number of stores (coverage) from 1,800 in 2020 to 3,500 retailers. - Managing and supervising the development of the distributor's sales staff for effective operation and attainment of the company's set sales targets and KPIs. - In charge of imparting sales strategies, product sales presentations, and coaching to increase the effectiveness of the distributor's salesmen and sales supervisors. - Participating in ""Work*With"" by collaborating with a salesperson to improve his effectiveness as a salesperson and to examine how a salesperson operates, as well as looking for and analyzing new sales possibilities and distribution channels to make plans for market expansion and sales teams. - Compiling and analyzing market, retailer, and competition data; compiling issues, roadblocks, and customer demand; and planning and improving the distributor's sales routes and the business."
