Job Description :
- Support technical knowledge of product quality to customers both pre-sale and after-sale period.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and cooperate with production and QA/QC to analyze root cause and find out corrective/preventive actions.
- Follow up customer feedback of our products and competitors' quality.
- Share product knowledge and related technical topics to sale representatives as well as other marketing functions to comply with quality and environmental management systems.
- Cooperate with customer and product development team to improve product quality to match with customer/end users' applications.
