Job Description

  • HRBP Operations & Support: Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing strategic consultation to business units regarding HR policies and organizational compliance.
  • HR Strategy & Data Visualization: Design and develop dynamic HR Dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel to monitor key metrics, including headcount trends, turnover rates, and labor cost analysis.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline administrative workflows and enhance data integrity by leveraging Power Query for automated data cleaning and centralization of the employee master database.
