Job Description :
Digital Maketing Duties:
Managing content team for website and social media channels.
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
Maintain consistent brand messaging and build up the brand royalty throughout all platforms.
Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign.
Managing advertising and online targets such as Line Official Account (OA), YouTube Channel, TikTok, short clip editing, videos, photography, and related tasks to produce and communicate content effectively.
Control team of website analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics, Facebook Business and Line AO)
Operation Duties:
Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
Hiring new staff within a department or business unit
Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients
Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients
Developing new solutions to meet client needs
Improving internal processes for better productivity
Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
